Request for tender: STAND seeks consultant for Irish Aid partnership evaluation
STAND is inviting quotations from experienced consultants to carry out an end-of-project evaluation of its Global Citizenship Education programme, delivered as one of Irish Aid's nine Strategic Partners. The evaluation will assess the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence, impact and sustainability of the programme from January 2023 to the end of 2026, measured against STAND's results framework and Irish Aid's Global Citizenship Education Strategy 2021-25. Findings will directly shape STAND's new strategic partnership application to Irish Aid for the 2028-2032 period, making this a timely opportunity to help set the direction of STAND's next chapter.
The assignment is expected to take up to 8 days and will involve a participatory process, including document review and engagement with staff, the Board, the Student Advisory Panel, programme participants and alumni, HEI staff, student representatives and Irish Aid. Consultants should have strong experience in global citizenship education, the higher education sector, participatory evaluation methods and results-based management. Tenders, including a cover letter, technical proposal, financial proposal, CVs and examples of similar projects, should be submitted to Nina Sachau, Executive Director, at [email protected] by Wednesday 7th October, COB.
