We know that we have greater impact when working collectively. We work to build partnerships with a diverse range of organisations, groups and stakeholders, both locally and globally, formally and informally.

We deliver bespoke workshops and programmes for our strategic partners and welcome them into a passionate, connected community of changemakers. Bring us to your campus
We also work with academic and administrative staff, societies, unions and clubs across campuses in Ireland. We deliver workshops and programmes, co-organise events and research. If you want one of our programmes to come to your campus, need a bespoke workshop, want to support one of our programmes, engage in joint research or have an idea for a new type of partnership. We would be delighted to join you on your campus.
Want to take a stand for justice, equality and sustainability on campus? STAND partners with higher education staff across Ireland to bring Global Citizenship Education (GCE) to staff and students.
We work with higher education institutions to embed GCE into teaching, learning, and campus culture through:
- Tailored trainings for students
- Tailored trainings for staff
- Grants to bring workshops and other GCE opportunities to campus
- Online micro-courses and a GCE Digital Badge for educators (launching in 2026).
We collaborate with higher education institutions to integrate global citizenship education into teaching and campus life, offer accessible co-curricular and extracurricular programmes and events for students, and support students' unions and societies to lead on taking action for global justice.
STAND also partners with USI/AMLÉ (Union of Students in Ireland) and BICS (Board of Irish College Societies).
We work with student unions and societies by offering:
- Global Solidarity Digital Badge for student societies, offered through BICS (Board of Irish College Societies).
- Mini-grants for student societies and student unions to bring GCE to campus.
- Bespoke trainings and workshops designed according to needs and interests.
We work with a large range of not-for-profit groups and organisations to ensure our programmes are rooted in and informed by lived experiences and to ensure we achieve the diversity we seek – across Ireland and the world. We are also an experienced partner in joint programme implementation and funding applications. We always seek new opportunities for collaboration.
